Directions to find me.
The parking lot is located on the west/back side of the building, sitting between Starbucks and the tennis courts. Street parking on the front sided of the building is only two-hour parking so I don’t recommend parking there for longer appointments. After parking in the lot you’ll walk around to the east/front side of the building. You will walk past Starbucks and you’ve made it once you reach the double glass doors! If you get to Jalapeños, you’ve gone too far. Brookside does get busy during the middle of the day & on weekends so I recommend allowing yourself 10-15 extra minutes to find parking during those times.

When you arrive.
Text (please don’t call ) when you arrive so I can let you inside!, as the building is locked. I may still be with my previous client when you arrive so I will text you back when I’m ready and on my way down the stairs to let you in. Feel free to wait inside Starbucks if I’m delayed or I don’t text back right away.

Inspiration Photos
Please come to your appointment with inspiration photos ready for us to look at together! This is essential for an effective consultation. Have these saved in a photo album or in your camera roll readyro go so that they are quick to access.

Payment.
I accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay (tap to pay), After-Pay and cash as payment. I do not accept checks or any payment apps like Cash App, Venmo or Paypal.

Using Afterpay
I now accept Afterpay for color services! This allows you to break up your service cost in 4 interest-free installments over 6 weeks.
To use this you will need to download the Afterpay app PRIOR to your appointment to see if you qualify to use its service. You’ll want to be pre qualified and sure you have the spending power prior to the appointment.
At the time of the appointment you’ll be able to check out by using either the “pay in-store” feature within the Afterpay app or your digital Afterpay card stored own your mobile device.

Can I bring someone along?
I work by appointment only in a very small space and prefer that no one accompany you to your appointment.
I do understand that sometimes you need someone to tag along. If someone must join you I just ask for communication first so I can plan accordingly. Please text me about this.

Cancelations & No Shows
I ask that if you need to cancel it is done within a 48 hour notice. This can be done through my online booking by clicking the link sent to you via your automated appointment confirmation and reminder.
No shows without communication will not be rebooked.

Amenities
I have a variety of beverages available for you during your appointment like water, soda, coffee, & tea as well as snacks like chips, granola popcorn, candy, etc.
There is also a Starbucks right downstairs you can mobile order from. I ask that you give yourself an extra 15 min if ordering bef re your apointment uso youre not la h.
My studio has high speed fiber internet if you need my wifi to work or get anything done on a device during your appointment. Please just ask to connect while here.

Silent Appointments.
Going to the salon is about relaxing and sometimes you just want to sit back & zone out without holding to much conversation.
Please feel comfortable asking me for a more silent appointment! If you ask me to do so, I’ll keep conversation to a minimum.
